Susan holds the GRI designation, Graduate, Realtor Institute, a nationally recognized credential requiring completion of intensive coursework and written examinations covering marketing, ethics, contracts, finance, agency, and technology. She went on to found Premier Realty Group of West Tennessee, growing it from a single office into a three-office brokerage serving Henry, Carroll, Benton, and Weakley counties.
